(Senator Regina Mundi) By Sah Terence Animbom The news on the lips of every Cameroonian beginning from the evening of Friday January 4, 2019 is that of the partial cabinet reshuffle that has seen about 12 changes though with some two persons raised to ministers of state in the same portfolio. In the streets of Bamenda, people are talking about the switch of the PMship to the Southwest and the total surprise that has come with it as all names that people had thought will feature in Biya’s new government were simply not mentioned in all the appointments. Some interesting changes are those of the Prime Minister Head of government and Minister of Communication to which Chief Dr. Dion Ngute Joseph and Rene Emmanuel Sadi have been respectively appointed to head. People have also reacted more to the swap in ministries
